Jewish Penicillin's E-Card Contest Rules

(NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER)

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia). Entries must be submitted by individuals 18 years of age or older when submitting card.

2. How to enter: Go to www.jewishpenicillin.com and click on contest. Complete and submit on-line entry form along with your e-card. E-cards must be submitted as a Macromedia(TM) Shockwave Flash (*.swf) document. Printed cards must be submitted as a high quality GIF or JPG document.

3. Judging: Judges will utilize a numeric scale. Judging will be ongoing and awards will be given out to individuals and organizations at the end of every year. Winners will be notified by telephone and e-mail.

4. General Conditions: All entries will become the sole property of Jewish Penicillin and will not be returned. By entering the contest, entrant assures Jewish Penicillin that submission is wholly original and his or her own creation, and that the entrant is the sole owner of all rights relating to the entry. Entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers all ideas, concepts, copyrighted materials and trademarks contained in entry and any all rights including "moral rights" in the submission to Jewish Penicillin.

5. Release from liability: Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the contest entities, including without limitations sponsor and each of them from and against any and all liability, damages, costs, attorney fees, etc.
